If you submit the email signup form, we collect the email address you enter and the update interests you select. If you submit an inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, optional organization and message you provide.

We do not ask for payment details on this site. Please do not include sensitive personal information in forms or questions.

Email addresses are used to send the updates you selected — publication news, the audiobook alert, or workbook availability. Inquiry details are used only to respond to your request.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated advertising.

Supabase stores mailing-list subscriptions and the interests and consent you provide. Resend delivers confirmation emails and requested updates. Newsletter signup uses double opt-in: confirm the email we send before receiving the updates you selected.

Email providers process delivery information, including recipients and delivery events, under their own retention policies.

Ask J-Man is an AI companion to the book, not a personal reply from Jerry. Its conversation remains in your current browser page and is not saved as an account history. Your question, recent conversation context and relevant book passages are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. We do not ask OpenAI to save responses as conversation history; the provider’s separate operational or security retention policies still apply.

If you request a Your Turn exercise by email, your email address and selected chapter are used to deliver that exercise through Resend. Your chat is not included in the email request. Requesting an exercise does not enroll you in the newsletter; newsletter signup is a separate choice.

For usage and delivery limits, Ask J-Man stores salted hashes derived from network or email identifiers with dated counters. Counters older than seven days are removed when the next allowed request is processed. These counters do not contain conversation text or raw email or network addresses. Delivery providers may retain their own processing metadata under their retention policies.

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand visits and how the website is used. Google Analytics uses browser cookies and processes information such as pages visited, browser and device details, and approximate location. We do not send names, email addresses, inquiry messages or email confirmation tokens to Google Analytics.

Google advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our site tag. You can use your browser’s cookie settings or Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on to limit Google Analytics collection.

Every newsletter update includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also use the unsubscribe page on this site. A one-time exercise request is separate from newsletter signup. You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted at any time.

This website is operated by NHuS3 Media, LLC. A verified privacy contact address will be published here when available. The media inquiry form currently shows a notice that it is not connected and should not be used for privacy requests.
